Family calls, made simple.
One big button to call the people you love. A kitchen tablet for the grandparents, and a plain app on everyone else's phone.
Private testing with family. Not on the App Store yet.One tap to call
The tablet at home shows a few big buttons with the names of the family. Tap a name and the call starts. No menus, no passwords to remember.
Rings like a real call
Calls ring on the tablet and on phones, even when the app is closed. Answer on one phone and the others stop ringing.
Asks before it rings
When a phone calls a phone, the other person is first asked "Can you talk?" and can answer yes, or pick a time that suits them in their own time zone.
Urgent call
One red button on the tablet rings the whole family at once, loudly, until someone answers. A confirmation stops accidental taps.
Made for families far apart
Ottry was built so that a parent in one country can call their children in another without fuss. Times are always shown in the local time of the person who sees them.
Private by design
Ottry is invite-only: there is no public sign-up, no ads and no tracking. Calls are not recorded, and the service runs on servers in the EU. Read the privacy policy for the details.
Devices
An Android tablet for the kitchen, and apps for iPhone and Android phones. The iPhone app is in private testing through TestFlight.
